The Skagit Women’s Alliance and Network (SWAN) is a non-profit organization dedicated to recognizing and supporting women of achievement in our community. SWAN’s support of women includes recognizing emerging leaders who are exploring, beginning, or reentering their vocation. SWAN aims to provide connections to mentors for one-to-one relationships. This program encourages cooperation and mentorship to drive the success of women for generations to come. All mentor-mentee relationships are determined directly by the participants.  For example, some may consist of occasional emails, calls or coffee meetings and others may be deeper in nature.
